With every passing day, I wonder why not all offices have converted to co-working spaces. Of course, exempting big players like Google, Apple, all other MNCs and local corporate giants, an outsourced physical space just seems like the natural direction given how the modern workplace has been evolving. A change, it feels abashedly obvious to say, spurred by the pandemic plus its revelation that most jobs can be done remotely (and that those damn meetings could have been emails).
Now that the fear of using shared spaces has severely dipped and our social hunger quite the opposite, this set-up just makes all the sense in the world. Especially since the WFH situation is not always ideal, and not all of us managed to find our pace working from home. However, not all co-working spaces are built the same, and The Great Room has reason to launch its largest location here yet.

The little things
Designed by award-winning London/Hong Kong-based designer Joyce Wang, no nook is left to accident. Even lighting is specifically calibrated to reduce energy while ensuring optimal productivity with the help of specialists DJCoalition. The high ceilings, wood elements, and mirrored surfaces certainly remind you of old school hotel lobbies, as do the highly conscientious concierge.
Sit by the handsome bar with a coffee by the in-house barista, soak in the ample natural daylight, and be motivated by the business buzz of fellow members. You'll find that constructive working really isn't that hard.
