- 60mL Lyre's Coffee Originale
- 120mL premium bottled tonic water
METHOD: Add ingredients in glass, fill with ice, stir.

How about an Old Cuban for the old man? Previously called El Cubano, the mojito style cocktail remains fresh and festive with Lyre's Classico deftly replacing sparkling wine in this mocktail variation.
INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Lyre's White Cane Spirit
- 15mL lime juice
- 15mL sugar syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 30mL Lyre's Classico
METHOD: Shake all ingredients except Lyre's Classico with ice. Fine strain into glass. Add Lyre's Classico slowly.

90mL premium bottled lemonade
METHOD: Build over ice, stir.

Industry veteran Sam Ross originally created this over a decade ago in New York, and we can't think of a modern classic more soothing.
INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Lyre's American Malt
- 15mL honey and ginger syrup*
- 15mL lemon juice
- 30mL strong smoky tea (Lapsang souchong or Russian Caravan tea)
METHOD: Shake briefly with ice, strain over large ice cube.
GLASS: Old fashioned
GARNISH: Ginger cube on skewer
*To make it extra homey, here's how to make your own:
Pour ½ cup boiling water to ¼ cup runny honey, add 1 tsp jarred ginger and stir thoroughly before refrigerating.
Amalfi Spritz
Honestly, nothing suits our weather better than a Spritz. Feel free to make a pitcher for the family as well.
