Remember how we were all transforming into the chefs, artists and fitness coaches we never knew we could be (and perhaps still aren’t) just months ago? As we celebrate the nations' birthday this weekend, you can try your hand at making your own cocktails to accompany the food for the house party you're throwing. The good news is, you don’t need to cultivate bartending skills with this award-winning American single malt whisky. Brewed and distilled with locally malted Pacific Northwest barley and ale yeast, and mingled in small batches, you practically have your work cut out for you. Top that with accessible ingredients and no more than three steps in each process, and Bob’s your uncle.
