Prada is all about the nostalgia these days. For autumn/winter 2018, Miuccia Prada formulated a collection built around her archival iconic prints and nylon fabrics. But of course, in true Prada fashion, they're not simply rehashed pieces; the prints are remixed, overlaid and mashed together to essentially create new prints.
The Prada Silver Line, similarly, embodies that old-meets-new concept. Prada Silver Line is not a brand new collection or an offshoot Prada brand; the word 'line' here refers to a train line. The silver train carriage is a travelling pop-up that began in Macau last December, and has been making its way around different cities. Singapore will be its last Asian stop before taking off for Milan. With each city stop, the Prada Silver Line has released merchandise exclusive to the city.

The focus is largely on Prada's sleek and hardy nylon pieces—perfect for travel and definitely sportier than your average luxury accessory. Stocked within and around the silver shell of the '50s inspired train carriage, the accessories range from as small as enamel pins that you can easily customise your Prada nylon bags with, to backpacks and totes. Step into the red silk brocade-lined interior and you'll notice a display case of smaller accessories including phone cases and key fobs, with each featuring a different Prada logo redesigned by the Rem Koolhaas-led design firm OMA.
There's a lot to see at the pop-up (be sure to spot the Prada robots too) so we've narrowed down the offerings to five key pieces you might want to keep a lookout for when you're there.
The Prada Silver Line pop-up is located at Atrium 2, Paragon (right outside the Prada Paragon store) from now till 22 August 2018.
