A watch, after all, is designed to help us tell time. While the face of the watch is most often the first thing we look at when purchasing one—and of course, the part that matters when a watch is on the wrist—we simply couldn't ignore the art that's usually overlooked. We chose five of the most elaborate and sexiest backs of watches to highlight because they're just too good to keep hidden away.
