It wouldn't be Paris Fashion Week Men's without Hermès. The storied luxury house is readying its autumn/winter 2022 menswear collection and it's set to be a live, in-person show—Hermès's second since spring/summer 2022.
Artistic director Véronique Nichanian is back with Cyril Teste, the director that was instrumental in helping Hermès change its format during the height of the pandemic. Since then, Teste has been a constant collaborator, helping to direct the digital presentations as well as spring/summer 2022's show—each differently interpreted.
What's certain at Hermès is that the propositions for the season are bound to be elegant and elevated. Nichanian has built such a strong identity for the Hermès man that it's a dependable and consistent vision, but always reworked in minor ways and with a considered stretching of the limits of the house's craftsmanship.
