A cosy cabin that, thanks to its small seating and enclosed space, effectively makes you forget you're in Singapore. Especially with food and drinks equally dedicated to the experience. Given that the festive specialties are only around this season, it's best to head down soon to Petite Chalet.
For proper alpine liqueur with a mix of cranberry and rosemary, get the Red Ryder. If you're feeling more classic, Uncle Joe's Eggnog is crafted with Michter’s Rye whiskey, cognac, becherovka, px sherry, eggs, cream and a dusting of winter spice. Or want to go full-on Christmas mode? The Glüwein pairs classic German mulled wine with cognac, lemon, and apple brandy.
For a quintessential après ski experience, the Minty Monk is served via a shot ski, with Green Chartreuse, crème de menthe and mezcal. Merry, indeed. Pair it all with traditional dishes like the Tartiflette, and Chicken Schnitzel accompanied with homemade spiced pear ketchup. But our thumbs up goes to the house-made Bavarian Pretzel that comes complete with sweet onion mustard.
