Hot on the heels of the unexpected crossovers that was the Michelin Guide Kitchen Takeover, the brand is back with more epic local collaborations. This time focusing on drinks, the likes of Native, Junior the Pocket Bar and more are paired with notable restaurants for five handcrafted cocktails, curated with five bites. Highlights include Kopi "Gu You" and Magaritas with Hae Bee Hiam tincture amongst the various Southeast Asian-inspired concoctions. With two seatings across two nights each, here's the full line-up.

Italian: Buona Terra x Tess Bar & Kitchen
Lombardy-born head chef Denis Lucchi crosses head bartender Christyne Lee to re-look and retell classic Italian highlights, bringing not just a modern take on traditional dishes, but a Singaporean twist as well. Of course, cocktails will naturally incorporate a spirit of liquor from the country.

Latin American: OLA Cocina del Mar x Junior The Pocket Bar
You'll get a nice journey across the different terrains of the continent, going light to heavy from street food to a deep dive into the history of Latin America and the country's many indigenous ingredients. And which bar better to complement the expedition than the bar that effectively rotates its theme biannually.

Nordic & Japanese: Zén x No Sleep Club
No Sleep Club holds its own next to the Singaporean outpost of Stockholm's three-michelin starred Frantzén. The team behind both killer coffee and reimagined cocktails will continue to push the infusion of Japanese elements into functional Scandinavian techniques with Chef Tristin Farmer.

Southeast Asia: Labyrinth x Native
Hitting the closest to home will be the menu led by Chef LG Han, prevailing Labyrinth's modern take on local cuisine and flavours. The dishes are perfectly matched with the bar that champions ingredients from the region and its resulting line-up of Asian-inspired cocktails.
