There is a glorious path ahead of you, dear diner. Some highlights you can look out for are Madame Fan’s Caviar & Hokkaido Scallop with Honey Whole Grain Mustard Dressing infused with Martell Cordon Bleu, which is takes a dip in the sea and resurfaces with new a depth of flavour.
