It's official: Anthony Vaccarello will show his next collection for Saint Laurent in New York on 7 June 2018, Singapore time. The show will be part of the newly revamped schedule for New York Fashion Week which will see a combination of resort and spring/summer collections from 3 June to 8 June. Saint Laurent will be closing the runway presentations and is the only guest fashion house to present in New York this season.
While there were speculations that the show will include both menswear and womenswear—the fashion house has combined both into one runway show since Vaccarello took creative helm—only the menswear spring/summer 2019 collection will be presented. This makes it the first time since 2016 that the menswear collection will get its own dedicated runway show and away from its usual Paris Fashion Week slot.
