Sole Superior 2022 is back after 2 long years, and threatens to give you twice the excitement by partnering with the latest underground nightclub in town—Drip, which is located right in the heart of Orchard Road. Bringing to its floors in this iteration, Sole Superior has taken international friendships to a whole new level with the Sole Superior x Saint Barkley sneaker collaboration preview.
A result of a 5-year relationship between sneaker enthusiasts in Singapore and Indonesia, this project that had been delayed for 2 years will finally see the light of day at Sole Superior 2022. Inspired by scratch and sniff stickers of the 80s, expect a fresh pair of kicks that looks and smells equally amazing.
One cannot deny that music plays a part in the sneaker and streetwear culture. Binary is an electrifying collective of self-described “Low Tech Electronic Music" acts that traverse underground genres such as Chipdoom, Chiptune, Industrial Dark Synth and Digital Punk Rock. The lineup set to grace the decks at Sole Superior 22 includes SWITCHBLADES, Sludgefeast, Microchip Terror and N3M3515. Go forth, and uncover your new favourite genre of music.
The best part of Sole Superior 2022, would have to be the SUPERIOR FRIENDS launch. In almost a decade's worth of collaborations with talented artists in the region and the growth of beautiful friendships, Sole Superior will launch its first online gallery and digital showcase providing the opportunity for guests to reconnect with their past collaborators and introduce exciting new talents to the pool too.
